Registration

You must register to consult any material in the Pictures, Photographs and Archives and Manuscripts collections.

If you already have a Hocken card (issued before October 2014), please talk to desk staff to update your record and receive a new card.

Otherwise register online by clicking on Log in ǀ Register at the top right of the page.

Click on Register.

Complete the details online (compulsory fields are marked with a red asterisk). Add a password on the final page - take note of this and your assigned Username.

You must complete your registration within 90 days by showing photograph identification to Hocken staff, who will then issue you with a Hocken card. If you do not visit the Hocken Collections to complete your registration within this time, your record will expire.
