There are a couple of ways to try and get through to the full text of an article you find in a CINAHL search.
1) Link to the PDF, if the PDF link is available:
2) Click on the 'Article Linker' button, or link, when there's no PDF link available:
If there is no PDF link, or the Article Link takes you to a page that says the journal isn't held, your next step would be to search the library's electronic journal list. You can get to this from Canterbury Medical Library's home page if you are a University of Otago Christchurch student or staff member, or from the CDHB intranet if you are a CDHB staff member.
