NZ Journal of Sports Medicine

The New Zealand Journal of Sports Medicine does not have an EndNote referencing style. Thelma Fisher (Subject Librarian: Physiotherapy and Pharmacy) has built this style in EndNote.

Please Note: the journal is not consitent in applying it's own style. For example, some authors supply the doi's for the journal articles but their guide does not insist on that. Also, there are some peculiarities in the style like the colon betweeen pages for a chapter. EndNote can't have one rule for page numbers in journal articles, and a different one for book chapters but you can manually change that later.

If you want to install the NZ Journal of Sports Medicine style into your EndNote library:

PC:

Go to PC > Programme Files (x86) > EndNote 20 > Styles and drag and drop or paste in the style below to that Style folder. Return to your EndNote Library and use 'Select another style' and locate the NZ J Sports Med style. Spot check some of your references against it. If the journal names are not abbreviated you will need to switch in the abbreviated/full names list of jornal titles for your subject area.

Mac:

Go to Applications > EndNote 20 > styles and drag and drop or past in the style below to the styles folder. Return to your EndNote Library and use 'Select another style' and locate the NZ J Sports Med style. Spot check some of your references against it. If the journal names are not abbreviated you will need to switch in the abbreviated/full names list of jornal titles for your subject area.
