New Zealand Food Composition Database
This is a comprehensive resource on nutrient data from the New Zealand Institute for Plant & Food Research Limited and the Ministry of Health.
The New Zealand Food Composition Database includes:
- Concise New Zealand Food Composition Tables
- Access to downloadable FOODFiles, the complete presentation of 59 core components for 2,705 foods in the Standard Version and 354 components for 2,705 foods in the Unabridged Version
- New Zealand Food Composition Data for Nutrition Information Panel (NZFCD-NIP)
