Running your Search in Different Ovid Databases
Once you have put together a search strategy, you can use it to search different Ovid databases.
If you have used subject headings, these are not compatible with every database in the Ovid collection. If your subject heading search lines have zero results, it is likely that the headings are not compatible with the new database and so you may need to select a new heading or stick with your keywords.
To run your search in another Ovid database:
- Click on the Change link above the search bar.
- Select the database you wish to move to, then click the Run Search button.
