NZ Industry Reports
An industry report collection that offers insight into the major industries in the New Zealand economy at the 5-digit ANZSIC level. Each report consists of 30 to 40 pages of key statistics and analysis on market characteristics, operating conditions, current and forecast performance, major companies and more.

- Business statistics (StatsNZ) Find data and statistics on the activity and performance of businesses in New Zealand using the Annual enterprise survey, Business financial data, Business operations survey, Electronic card transactions, NZ business demography statistics, and Research & Development statistics.
- Figure.nz "Figure.nz exists to enable everyone to make sense of data and see Aotearoa clearly." New Zealand statistics illustrated with infographics. Sources include NZ government departments and Stats NZ.
- Industry Benchmarks The Industry Benchmarking Tool is a joint initiative between Statistics NZ and Inland Revenue to provide information on the financial performance of businesses in 45 industries. - provides data on the financial performance of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) grouped by the Australia and NZ Industrial Standard Classification (ANZSIC) categories - includes performance benchmarks represented by key financial ratios such as: gross profit ratio; stock turnover ratio; salaries and wages to turnover ratio; return on total assets; return on equity; current ratio; quick ratio; and liability structure is updated annually and data is currently available for the 2010, 2011 and 2012 financial years - makes data available for re-use in Excel and HTML formats.
