From The Health Foundation, and independent charity based in London, England. "MAGIC stands for ‘making good decisions in collaboration’ and looked at how to embed best practice in shared decision making. Phase 1 of the programme ran from from August 2010 until January 2012. Phase 2 of the programme ran from May 2012 until the end of October 2013."

From Minnesota, "The Mayo Clinic Shared Decision Making National Resource Center advances patient-centered medical care by promoting shared-decision making through the development, implementation, and assessment of patient decision aids and shared decision making techniques."

This began at University of Cardiff in the UK, but is now based at Dartmouth College in New Hampshire. "Option Grid decision aids are brief, easy-to-read tools, available as print-outs or online interactive journeys to help patients and health professionals compare alternative healthcare options using answers to the questions patients frequently ask."
