Saving References to a Folder

You can save your selected results into a folder in CINAHL for future reference.

1. Begin by creating a new folder. Click on the Folder menu item in the top right corner of CINAHL.

2. Click on the New folder icon at the bottom of the navigation panel to the left.

3. Give your folder a meaningful name, for example, "Melanoma palliative care".

4. Enter a description if necessary, for example, “Articles for review”.

5. Then, click the Save button.

6. Begin your search, or, if you have already done a search, navigate back to your results by clicking on the Search History link.

7. Read through your search results, click on the folder icon to the right of each relevant reference, and select the folder you wish to save it to.

 


If you would like to retrieve the saved results:

 

1. Sign In to your CINAHL account

2. Click on the Folder menu item in the top right corner of CINAHL.

3. Click on the folder name, and then click on the Articles link.
