How to find archives, ephemera, art and photographs at the Hocken Collections

Registration

You must register to consult any material in the Art, Photographs, Ephemera and Archives collections.

If you already have been issued a Hocken card, please talk to desk staff to update your record and receive a new card.

Otherwise register online by clicking on Log in ǀ Register at the top right of the page.

Click on Register.

Complete the details online (compulsory fields are marked with a red asterisk). Add a password on the final page - take note of this and your assigned Username.

You must complete your registration within 90 days by showing photograph identification to Hocken staff, who will then issue you with a Hocken card. If you do not visit the Hocken Collections to complete your registration within this time, your record will expire.
