Hākena allows you to search for material in the Archives, Ephemera, Art and Photography collections of the Hocken Collections.

This guide provides information about :

• how to find materials
• how to order materials
• assistance for your research

	Archives  – records of organisations and personal papers of individuals
	Photographs - photographic images in a range of formats from lantern slides to digital files
	Art – works of art
	Ephemera - a wide range of printed material of a transitory nature eg., programmes, leaflets, posters, and advertising circulars.

Please note: photographic images can be found in all of the above collections, except ephemera.

Use Library Search ǀ Ketu to find books, theses, journals, newspapers, maps, and audiovisual material held at the Hocken Collections.
