Research Services Unit: Music research data management

Project aim: To manage complex datasets associated with research outputs held in OUR Archive (including persistent access to the datasets).

Project status: Prototype completed

Outcome: The Library's Digital Asset Management System (DAMS) was adapted to manage a single prototype collection of music research data (produced by Dr John Egenes), demonstrating how complex research datasets can be managed and made available within a hierarchical structure.
