Capability Framework [V1]: Capability Framework

Supporting researcher-facing librarians to successfully deliver inside-out services and support.

The capabilities in this framework are grouped into five categories. Each capability has yet to be further classified in terms of their relative importance to each other, however this will be attempted in later versions of the framework based on further data collection.

Each category has its own webpage that you can navigate to using the side panel.  The capabilities are not listed in any hierarchical order.  

To help phase two of this project, after exploring the capabilities please consider completing one or more of the following surveys.  After exploring the capabilities, let us know if you agree that these are the capabilities required by researcher-facing librarians working with inside-out services, and whether some are more important than others:
