Word Frequency Analysis was used to identify the most repeated words, phrases, and tools in the data. It was combined with close reading of the data to develop an overview of inside-out practices in libraries and translate that into a set of capabilities.
One outcome of the analysis was the identification of highly used words and grouping them into several themes. These provide an interesting insight into the most common tasks, knowledge, tools, and skills, identified across the data collected.
