Research Services Unit: Analysis of research outputs

Project aim: To analyse the research output component of a researcher's Evidence Portfolio or EP (towards strategically improving research performance and potentially lifting rankings in the PBRF exercise).

Project status: Completed

Outcome: The metadata available for ingest into the semantic tool VIVO was not sufficient for undertaking a detailed analysis of researcher outputs. The project enhanced understanding of VIVO and highlighted the value of this open source semantic web application; however the anticipated outcomes of the project were not fully realised.
